Southern Designs is a family-owned contracting corporation that got its start from the creative work of the builder, Brian Krolick. In 92', Brian founded Southern Designs, combining his passions for custom building with his ideals of hard work and independence.

Southern Designs is based out of Central Florida and conducts business in numerous counties across Florida. We specialize in the following areas: Residential, Government and Commercial.
